From the drop down menu select if you'd like a charm added and select what you'd like stamped on the tag: Just Initials, Just a Date, or Both Initials & Date. If you'd like initials and a date stamped on the tag I will put the charm to the side instead of layering it over the tag. To order add the listing to your cart. Once in your cart there will be a box to leave me notes about your order. Let me know there what you'd like stamped on the tag. The tag is 1 1/2 inch long and 3/8 wide. 

If you select for just initials the tag will be hand stamped and can have a total of 3 characters stamped, like "R&B”. If you select to also add the date the tag will be laser engraved. Please note: I don't have a "plus" sign stamp, so if you leave a note with a " " between the initials, I will stamp it with a "&". I also don't have any lowercase letters. So the just initials option will be stamped uppercase like it is shown in the photo. Laser engraved tags can have a plus sign and lowercase letters.
